Shipping: We're currently offering FREE SHIPPING for domestic orders over $50 via USPS First Class.

USPS Priority Mail is our other option for trackable packages and slightly faster shipping.

Canadian clients may enjoy $10.50 flat rate shipping for orders over $50 via USPS International First Class.

Non-Canadian international clients may enjoy $12.50 flat rate shipping for orders of $50 or more via USPS International First Class.

TAT: Our turnaround time (order processing time) is up to 10 business days, although we prefer to ship more quickly than that when possible. TAT does not include weekends and holidays. TAT starts on the next business day after you place your order and does not include transit time.

International shipping: We recently expanded our international shipping. If the shopping cart still doesn’t work for your country, please send us a message at arcanacraves@gmail.com. 

Safety: Please do not use Arcana products on children or pets. If you are pregnant, please consult with your doctor before applying any Arcana scents. If irritation or discomfort occurs, please discontinue use immediately.

Changes to orders: Once an order is placed, it is final and can't be changed, cancelled, added to, substituted, or combined with any other orders.

Returns: Unfortunately, no returns can be accepted.
